FAMU Basketball Breaks Losing Streak, Defeats Prairie View A&M 90-87

UPDATE: Florida A&M University (FAMU) men’s basketball has snapped its losing streak with a thrilling 90-87 victory over Prairie View A&M in a high-octane showdown at the Al Lawson Jr. Multipurpose Center on February 9, 2024.

The Rattlers stormed into the game, dominating the first half with a staggering 56-34 lead. However, the Panthers mounted a fierce comeback, outscoring FAMU 62-44 in the second half, making for an electrifying finish that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

This win is crucial for FAMU, improving their record to 8-13 overall and 6-5 in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), placing them fifth in the standings amid fierce competition.
