CALV Offers Essential Communication Class for Real Estate Pros
The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is set to host a class on March 26, 2024, aimed at enhancing communication skills among local real estate professionals. This session will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building, located at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd.
Led by Dianne Simmons, a member of CALV and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the class will cover essential skills such as technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and effective negotiation techniques. This course is part of CALV’s ongoing commitment to providing accredited continuing education for those in the commercial real estate sector.
Continuing Education and Licensing Benefits
Participants in the class will earn three hours of general credits towards the renewal of their Nevada real estate license. The class fee is $30 for CALV members and institute partners, while non-members will pay $40.
