In 2018, Storer reconnected with Bisaccia when he was brought back to the Oakland Raiders, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his coaching career. He followed Bisaccia to Las Vegas and later to Green Bay, where he solidified his skills in special teams. Despite the coaching upheaval following the 2021 season, Storer chose to pursue a fresh opportunity with the Browns, signaling his readiness to step out of Bisaccia’s shadow.
