New York Welcomes Las Vegas Steakhouse Carversteak in 2026
A new culinary destination is set to arrive in New York City as the Las Vegas-based steakhouse, Carversteak, prepares to open its doors in April 2026. Located on the first floor of the Civilian Hotel at 305 W 48th St in Midtown Manhattan, Carversteak aims to bring its renowned dining experience from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip to the heart of New York.
Expanding Culinary Offerings in Midtown
Carver Road Hospitality Group, the parent company of Carversteak, is already established in the Civilian Hotel with the successful Rosevale Cocktail Room on the second floor and the rooftop lounge Starchild on the 27th floor. The introduction of Carversteak marks the group’s latest venture in expanding its footprint in the competitive New York dining scene.
Originally launched in Las Vegas in 2022, Carversteak has quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality offerings. The New York location will feature a menu curated by executive chef Daniel Ontiveros, highlighting a selection of dry-aged American steaks and premium Japanese Wagyu options. In addition to the steak offerings, diners can look forward to shareable plates and a variety of vegan choices, catering to diverse dietary preferences.
Future Projects and Expanding Influence
Carver Road Hospitality Group is not stopping at Carversteak. The group has announced several additional projects in New York, including Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar, which will be located inside Pier 17. Furthermore, they are also set to open a new location of Emmy Squared Pizza in Greenwich Village. These developments indicate a strategic push to establish a significant presence in the New York hospitality industry.
As the opening date approaches, anticipation builds for Carversteak, which promises to deliver a unique dining experience reminiscent of its Las Vegas roots. With its focus on quality and variety, Carversteak is poised to become a notable addition to Midtown’s vibrant restaurant landscape.
