Sonoma Raceway has announced its lineup for the 2026 racing season, showcasing a diverse array of motorsport events. The track’s schedule, released on Wednesday, promises a thrilling year that includes road racing, stock car competitions, drag racing, and grassroots events.

Brian Flynn, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sonoma Raceway, highlighted the venue’s unique offerings in a recent news release. “Our 2026 schedule reflects everything that makes Sonoma Raceway special,” he stated. “It’s a season built around variety, passion, and world-class competition, and we can’t wait to welcome fans of all ages back to the track.”

2026 Season Highlights

The racing calendar kicks off with the 24 Hours of Lemons on March 21-22, 2026. This endurance race is known for its emphasis on creativity, teamwork, and humor, alongside the traditional focus on speed. Following that, from March 27-29, the GT World Challenge America will see elite drivers and luxury supercar manufacturers vie for dominance in a highly competitive series.

April brings exciting events, starting with the CSRG David Love Historic Car Races on April 17-19, where fans can enjoy free admission to witness vintage racing featuring classic race cars. The Sonoma SpeedTour follows from April 24-26, celebrating motorsports history with iconic vehicles from various eras.

As spring transitions to summer, the Velocity Invitational on May 29-31 promises to be a marquee lifestyle event, combining rare automobiles with top-tier racing. June will be packed with action, beginning with Raceworz on June 13-14, featuring two days of exhilarating drag racing and drifting.

The highlight of the season arrives with the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Weekend from June 26-28, where fans can watch NASCAR’s top stars compete in one of California’s most anticipated racing weekends.

Key Events and Ticket Information

July continues the momentum with the NHRA Division 7 Drag Races on July 15-16, showcasing regional competitors in a vibrant atmosphere. The DENSO NHRA Sonoma Nationals on July 17-19 will display the NHRA’s elite drivers unleashing over 22,000 horsepower during a thrilling weekend.

Fans will also have the opportunity to experience the Ferrari Challenge North America on July 25, where the renowned racing series highlights precision performance and unique style. The season wraps up with the CSRG Sears Point Challenge on October 10-11, a celebration of Sonoma Raceway’s rich legacy.
