Iran Issues Stark Warning to Trump Amid Rising Tensions

Tensions between Iran and the United States have escalated sharply following a stark warning issued by an Iranian military leader. General Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), declared that Iran is “more ready than ever, finger on the trigger,” as US naval forces approach the region. The warning was made on Saturday as US naval vessels, including the USS Abraham Lincoln, were reported to be deployed toward the Indian Ocean.
