After being closed for nearly a decade, this iconic eatery will reopen its doors at the Best Western Plus University Inn, reigniting fond memories for locals and visitors alike.

Manager Kris Raasch expressed excitement about the revival, stating, “The Broiler was a big staple of Moscow for decades. When it closed, it was a big loss.” The restaurant will be situated in the dining area opposite the hotel’s Seasons Public House restaurant, paving the way for a fresh dining experience in the heart of the city.

Guests can expect a dynamic menu featuring exquisite fish, premium steaks, and fine wines sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Raasch emphasized that The Broiler aims to create a shared dining experience, with dishes presented in an a la carte style, encouraging communal enjoyment.
