2025 NYC Marathon Broadcasts Worldwide on Nov. 2 – Don’t Miss It!

UPDATE: The highly anticipated 2025 TCS New York City Marathon is set to broadcast live on November 2 to over 550 million homes worldwide. This year’s marathon promises a record-breaking viewing experience, reaching audiences in more than 160 countries, including local coverage on Channel 7, WABC-TV.

Runners and fans alike can tune in via ESPN2 in the U.S. from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. ET, with pre-race coverage starting at 7:00 a.m. ET. For Spanish-speaking viewers, a dedicated broadcast on ESPN3 will air simultaneously, along with a re-airing on ESPN Deportes on November 3.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. A live radio broadcast will be available on iHeartRadio New York’s 710 WOR and streaming platforms, kicking off at 7:30 a.m. ET. This will feature expert commentary from Olympic medalist Galen Rupp and other notable analysts.

The marathon is not just about the race; it’s a celebration of community and resilience. To inspire viewers ahead of race day, the first-ever documentary short film titled “Final Finishers” will premiere on ESPN+ and abc7NY.com on November 1, showcasing the unsung heroes of the marathon.

This year, over 50,000 runners are expected to participate, making it the largest marathon in the world. Coverage will feature a talented broadcast team, including Hannah Storm, John Anderson, and Olympians like Carrie Tollefson.

The New York Road Runners have also upgraded their mobile app, allowing fans to track runners live, access leaderboards, and view course maps. The NYRR App is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
