The St. Louis Blues secured a thrilling 1-0 victory over the Winnipeg Jets on March 15, 2024, with a remarkable performance from goaltender Joel Hofer, who recorded his fifth career shutout. Hofer made 24 saves to keep the Jets scoreless, contributing significantly to the Blues’ second win in their last three games.
The only goal of the match came with just 6:43 remaining in the second period. Forward Pavel Buchnevich initiated a turnover on the forecheck, setting up Robert Thomas to pass the puck to Justin Faulk, who scored, securing the win for St. Louis. The Predators’ Filip Forsberg managed to score, but Juuse Saros faced a barrage of shots, making 33 saves in the loss. Nashville now holds a record of 7-4-0 over their last eleven games.
