More than 480 residents braved near blizzard conditions in Trenton to attend the official campaign launch of Corey Isiah McNair for mayor on February 25, 2024. The event took place at the Fraternidad Cristiana Church, located at 715 Bellevue Avenue. Despite snow, wind, and freezing temperatures, the community’s turnout highlighted the growing enthusiasm for McNair’s vision of hope and leadership for the capital city.

The evening commenced with a stirring endorsement from Jamila Odom Garnett, the mayor of Chesilhurst, New Jersey. She praised McNair’s character and commitment to serving underserved communities. Community leader Hazel Stewart echoed this sentiment, stating, “Corey Isiah McNair is exactly what Trenton needs in this moment.”
