Martha Green’s Eating Room and Dough’Lectibles are celebrating their 30th anniversary in Redlands with a series of special offers from March 2 to 6. This milestone marks three decades of serving the community with a diverse menu that has garnered a loyal following.

Throughout the promotional week, customers can enjoy a variety of deals. On Monday, March 2, patrons will receive $3 off any purchase of $30 or more. Tuesday, March 3, features a complimentary coffee from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. with any bakery purchase at Dough’Lectibles. Midweek guests can indulge in a free slice of cake with any purchase on Wednesday, March 4. The celebration continues on Thursday, March 5, with a gift card raffle, allowing customers to enter with each purchase. Finally, on Friday, March 6, a gift basket will be up for grabs, rounding out the celebratory week.

New Openings and Expansions in the Region

In addition to Martha Green’s anniversary, the culinary landscape in the area is bustling with new openings. Cassidy’s Corner Cafe has recently opened its doors in Chino Hills and will celebrate its grand opening on February 28. The cafe serves a range of bagels and bagel sandwiches, as well as unique offerings like a doughnut sandwich. The celebration will include all-day raffles, with the first five customers receiving gift cards. A promotional coupon for a free bagel is available on the cafe’s Instagram page: @cassidyscornercafe_chinohills.

Over in San Bernardino, Wok ‘N Hibachi has opened at 494 W. Orange Show Road, offering a variety of hibachi-style dishes including chicken, steak, and seafood. This new establishment is open from 11:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until 3:00 a.m. on weekends.

Meanwhile, Buenos Dias Cafe has expanded to Norco, setting up shop at 2743 Hamner Ave. Known for its breakfast offerings like chilaquiles and burritos, the cafe operates from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays and 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Local Events and Changes in Business Landscape

In downtown Ontario, Strum Brewing Co. has reopened after a brief closure for repairs. The brewery has scheduled several events this week, including a philosophy discussion and an open mic night on February 26, followed by live music on February 27 and a deaf-friendly night on February 28.

In a surprising turn, it appears that Sourdough & Co. will not be opening at 525 E. Hospitality Lane in south San Bernardino. Instead, the location will feature a new restaurant called Ramen Sushi Maru, as indicated by an Alcoholic Beverage Control notice.

For those who missed out on the recent release of Pliny the Younger from Russian River Brewing Company, the Cheese & Wine Shoppe at Tom’s Farms in Corona will host a tap takeover from February 27 to March 1. The event will kick off with taps opening at 10:30 a.m. on February 27, offering limited 10-ounce pours while supplies last.

The dynamic culinary scene in the region continues to flourish, with established favorites like Martha Green’s Eating Room and Dough’Lectibles celebrating their legacy, while new venues and events breathe fresh life into the community.
