The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is set to host a festive holiday event, Christmas in the Garden, in partnership with Sony Music. The celebration will run until December 24, 2023, transforming the Garden into a dazzling winter wonderland filled with stunning light displays and seasonal delights.

Visitors can expect to see a range of impressive features during the event, including a giant illuminated Texas flag and 1,200 dancing LED bluebonnets. Additional attractions comprise the Gingerbread Walk, which showcases Texas nutcrackers, and enchanting tunnels made of ribbons and candy canes. The Japanese Garden will also be illuminated, offering a serene backdrop for the festive atmosphere.

Local cuisine will play a prominent role at Christmas in the Garden, featuring popular dishes from Fort Worth establishments. Attendees can enjoy food from JD’s Burgers, Magdelena’s, Pulido’s, Curly’s Custard, and Margie’s Italian Gardens. These culinary offerings aim to enhance the holiday experience, providing guests with a taste of the region’s vibrant food scene.

To ensure a pleasant experience, the event will operate with limited capacity each night. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to secure their chance to enjoy the festivities. Nightly visits from Santa Claus will add an extra layer of magic, making the event an ideal outing for families and friends alike.

With its breathtaking displays and local flavors, Christmas in the Garden promises to be a highlight of the holiday season in Fort Worth. This annual event not only showcases the beauty of the Botanic Garden but also fosters community engagement and celebrates local culture.
