Christa Miller Discusses Her Role in Apple TV’s “Shrinking”

The third season of the Apple TV comedy series “Shrinking” premiered on March 6, 2024, featuring Christa Miller in a pivotal role. Miller has enjoyed significant success in her career, spanning over two decades in television. With nine seasons on “The Drew Carey Show”, another nine seasons on “Scrubs”, and six seasons with “Cougar Town”, her experience contributes to her confidence in “Shrinking” evolving into a long-standing series. “I see it as a show that would just evolve and keep going,” she added.

In portraying Liz, Miller faces the challenge of stepping into a character who is markedly different from her own personality. “It’s very complicated for me to get in and work on her intention,” Miller explained. “But it’s also really fun, like figuring out a puzzle.” She emphasizes that Liz is on a journey of self-discovery, learning to open up and trust others while navigating her own complexities.
