A new documentary titled “The Age of Disclosure” suggests that former President George H.W. Bush was aware of alleged extraterrestrial contact with humans. Released on Amazon Prime on October 6, 2023, the film features interviews claiming Bush informed a federal official about an encounter with aliens at a secretive air base in New Mexico in 1964.

In the documentary, Eric Davis, a former scientific adviser for the now-disbanded Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), recounted a private conversation he had with Bush. According to Davis, Bush stated that an alien being made contact with military personnel at Holloman Air Force Base in Otero County. “One of them landed on the tarmac and a non-human entity deboarded the craft that landed and interacted with uniformed Air Force and civilian CIA personnel,” Davis reported.

Bush, who served as a decorated naval aviator during World War II and was director of the CIA from 1976 to 1977, purportedly sought more information about the incident. Davis claimed that he was told he did not have a “need-to-know” about the details. He also mentioned that their discussions continued into 2003 after Bush’s presidency.

Despite the claims made in the documentary, Davis did not provide specific descriptions of the alleged alien spacecraft or any material evidence to support his assertions. The film, directed by Dan Farah, includes interviews with 34 high-ranking officials from the U.S. government, military, and intelligence communities, focusing on those who claim direct knowledge of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).

While these officials offered insights into the supposed top-secret government operations related to UAPs, they did not present new physical evidence to substantiate the existence of aliens or UAPs. The documentary also includes claims from Davis that alien bodies were recovered in Russia in 1988, taken from a large tic-tac-shaped UAP wreckage.

Hal Puthoff, a former AATIP member and quantum physicist, contributed to the discussion by suggesting the existence of multiple types of extraterrestrial beings. He stated, “The bodies recovered are not all the same type,” but did not elaborate further. Puthoff emphasized, “Whoever it is — they’re here. And they’ve been operating here for a long time.”

The AATIP program, established by Congress in 2007 under the late Senator Harry Reid, aimed to investigate unidentified flying objects, which have since been reclassified as UAPs. The program officially operated until 2012, within the framework of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and received approximately $22 million in funding over its five-year duration.

While the documentary raises intriguing questions about government transparency regarding extraterrestrial life, it remains to be seen whether the claims will lead to further inquiry or evidence. As discussions of UAPs continue to capture public attention, the legacy of figures like George H.W. Bush and their potential involvement in these matters adds another layer of complexity to the ongoing dialogue about humanity’s place in the universe.
