Soulja Boy Escalates Tensions in Heated TikTok Rant Against Creators
Soulja Boy recently sparked controversy during a live TikTok session, where he directed aggressive threats towards fellow content creators ExoticTV Ra, MCL, and Mello Rell. The rapper’s outburst, characterized by expletives and violent language, raised eyebrows as he threatened to shoot them “in the face” and warned them to “watch their mouth.” Despite the severity of his comments, those on the stream appeared to largely dismiss his anger, with some members laughing off his outbursts and teasing him for his behavior related to a game.
As the livestream progressed, ExoticTV Ra exited the stream, leading to further confrontational exchanges between Soulja Boy and Mello Rell. At one point, Soulja aggressively stated, “You can get smacked too,” followed by a crude remark. Following this heated back-and-forth, he continued the stream alone, showcasing stacks of cash, although the catalyst for his anger during the session remains unclear.
Previous Controversies and Recent Developments
This incident is not Soulja Boy’s first brush with controversy. Recently, he found himself at odds with reality television star Kandi Burruss after she interviewed Charlie Rocket, a former associate of the rapper from 2007. During the interview on her show, Speak On It, Rocket recounted a troubling experience in Las Vegas, alleging that Soulja Boy refused to pay him a per diem he was owed. Rocket claimed that instead, the rapper ordered $1,000 worth of room service and taunted him, stating, “[Soulja Boy] said, ‘Yeah, have whatever you want.’ Then, he got up and he spat on the food.”
Soulja Boy vehemently denied these allegations in a social media response, expressing his anger towards both Burruss and Rocket. He stated, “Bi**h, why you got this fat-a** ni**a on your platform talking?” In a video captured by XXL, he further threatened legal action against Burruss and Rocket, urging Burruss to provide her address so he could confront her directly.
In response, Burruss took to X (formerly Twitter), expressing her willingness to meet Soulja Boy, stating, “I heard @souljaboy was cussing me out on his live & said he wanted to pull up… Well, I would love for you to pull up. Let’s speak on it!”
Soulja Boy’s recent actions highlight a pattern of escalating tensions within the entertainment landscape, raising concerns about the implications of such public confrontations. As these events unfold, it remains to be seen how they will impact the relationships among those involved and the broader community of online content creators.
