UltraSense Systems Achieves 3 Million Automotive Shipments of HMI Controllers
UltraSense Systems has announced a significant milestone in the automotive industry, surpassing **3 million shipments** of its AEC-Q100-qualified HMI Controller. This achievement reflects the growing adoption of the company’s Ultrasound Intelligent Platform, which encompasses a comprehensive technology stack that integrates MEMS transducers, mixed-signal ASICs, firmware, algorithms, and complete human-machine interface (HMI) modules.
The Ultrasound Intelligent Platform represents a vertically integrated approach that allows UltraSense to optimize each component of its technology. By designing MEMS transducers for optimal ASIC performance, tuning ASICs for algorithmic robustness, and enhancing algorithms through firmware intelligence, the company delivers interfaces that are not only thinner and more reliable but also smarter than traditional mechanical and capacitive solutions.
Validation of Scalability and Future Growth
Reaching the **3 million unit** mark validates the scalability and manufacturability of UltraSense’s platform.
