Four Exceptional Students Honored at Chico Noon Exchange Club
Two students from Pleasant Valley High School and two from Chico High School received recognition for their achievements during a ceremony held on November 18 at the Chico Noon Exchange Club meeting, located at Canyon Oaks. The event celebrated the academic and personal accomplishments of these outstanding individuals, highlighting their potential as future leaders.
The honored students from Pleasant Valley High School, Ali Riser and Hyunhu Na, were accompanied by their counselor, Victor Valdez. Both students spoke about their current activities and shared their aspirations for the future, impressing attendees with their dedication and vision.
From Chico High School, students Addison Hosier and Jenny Gonzalez-Ruiz were also recognized. They were joined by their academic support team, which included Molly Kodad, Academic Counselor for Hosier, and Nancy Rodriguez-Medina, Targeted Case Manager for Gonzalez-Ruiz. Their presentations further showcased the talent and commitment found within the local educational community.
The Chico Noon Exchange Club holds its meetings every Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. at Canyon Oaks. The club encourages individuals interested in community service and leadership to attend and learn more about their initiatives.
