Arc Beverly Launches Exclusive Coworking Space in Beverly Hills
BREAKING: Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, redefining the coworking and social club experience with luxurious amenities and an innovative design. This new destination, launched today, is a game-changer for professionals seeking a chic alternative to traditional office spaces.
Members can now enjoy 65,000 square feet of sophisticated indoor and outdoor environments, featuring collaborative work areas, private offices, and even rooftop terraces. Operated by Good City Studio, led by founders David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, Arc Beverly aims to blend workspace and hospitality in a way never seen before.
“Arc Beverly is a workspace-focused club, where the core of membership revolves around our private suites and collaborative areas,” Gutstadt stated. The venue not only caters to startups and established businesses but also serves as a vibrant gathering place for social media influencers and business leaders.
The club’s culinary offerings, spearheaded by culinary director Victor Totoris, highlight a unique food and beverage program that reflects Argentine heritage. Members can indulge in a range of dining options, including al fresco settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Totoris has revamped the menu to feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with items like chicken milanesa sandwiches and skirt steak served with chimichurri.
The venue is also positioned to host high-profile events, including film screenings and rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 people. It has already become a hotspot for major Los Angeles events like the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. With upcoming global events such as the 2026 World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games, Arc Beverly is set to attract even more prestigious gatherings.
In a strategic move, the club has appointed industry veteran Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral, known for her extensive experience with LA membership clubs, describes Arc as a “business incubator” and a “private event venue,” catering to a diverse range of member companies from beauty to technology.
With the recent closures of other premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles, including Neuehouse and Soho House, Arc Beverly has seen a surge in interest, with inquiries reportedly spiking by 50%. “Our mission over the next year is to create a space where people can work, network, and recharge,” Potter added, highlighting the ongoing commitment to enhance the member experience.
Membership tiers start at $300 per month, providing access to exclusive amenities like the club’s restaurant, rooftop lounges, and wellness programming. Higher tiers include 24/7 access and reciprocal privileges at partner clubs worldwide, offering a truly global networking opportunity.
As Arc Beverly continues to innovate and expand its offerings, it stands poised to become the premier destination for professionals in Beverly Hills. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting venue evolves and shapes the future of coworking.
