A series of public meetings are scheduled across Astoria and surrounding areas in early November 2025, providing residents an opportunity to engage with local government and community leaders. The meetings will cover various topics, from city council discussions to community initiatives.

Schedule of Meetings

On **November 3, 2025**, the **Astoria City Council** will convene at **6 p.m.** in the second floor Council Chambers at **1095 Duane Street**. Following this, the **Astoria Development Commission** will meet at **7 p.m.** in the same location.

Earlier that day, the **Seaside City Council** will hold a special meeting at **4 p.m.** at **City Hall**, located at **989 Broadway**. This meeting will address local matters pertinent to Seaside residents.

The following day, **November 4**, will feature a variety of community gatherings. Residents can join **Coffee with the Mayor** from **10 to 11 a.m.** at the **Seaside Coffee House**, located at **5 N. Holladay Drive**. Later, the **Port of Astoria Commission** will meet at **4 p.m.** at **422 Gateway Avenue**, Suite 100. At **5:30 p.m.**, the **Astoria Library Board** will gather in the Flag Room of the **Astoria Public Library**, located at **450 10th Street**.

The **Cannon Beach City Council** will convene at **6 p.m.** at the **Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce**, situated at **207 N. Spruce Street**. Additionally, the **Clatsop County Fair Board** will meet at **5 p.m.** at **92937 Walluski Loop**.

On **November 5**, the **Gearhart City Council** will hold its meeting at **6 p.m.** at **698 Pacific Way**. A community dialogue, **Coffee with Cannon Beach Councilors**, is also set for **10 a.m.** at the **Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce**. The **Clatsop County Board of Commissioners** will conduct a work session at **10:30 a.m.** at **857 Commercial Street** in Astoria.

Further Meetings Scheduled

On **November 6**, the **Clatsop Care Center Health District Board** will meet at **noon** at the **Clatsop Care Memory Community**, located at **2219 S.E. Dolphin Avenue** in Warrenton.

The week continues with the **Astoria Downtown Historic District Association** meeting on **November 7** at **8:30 a.m.** in the **Liberty Theatre McTavish Room**, located at **1203 Commercial Street**.

Residents should note the **Warrenton Development Experience Task Force** will meet on **November 11** at **2 p.m.** via Zoom. On **November 12**, the **Clatsop Soil and Water Conservation District Board** will gather at **10 a.m.** in the **Englund Marine Conference Room**, located at **85 Hamburg Avenue**. The **Clatsop County Board of Commissioners** will hold both a work session and a meeting at **5 p.m.** at **857 Commercial Street** in Astoria.

These meetings provide essential platforms for community involvement and transparency in local governance. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate actively in discussions that impact their communities.
