Family Remembers Barbara Jean Greer, Celebrates Her Life
The family of Barbara Jean Greer announced her passing on October 24, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on March 28, 1946, in Daly City, CA, Greer was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, remembered for her kindness and warmth.
Greer is survived by her four children: Eddie Greer, Doreen Greer, Tina Smith, and Joann Clark, along with eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Her family describes her as a person who was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
In her lifetime, Greer enjoyed a variety of activities, including camping, fishing, and visiting casinos. Yet, the most cherished moments for her were spent with family, which she considered the most important aspect of her life.
A statement from the family expressed their deep love for her: “She will be missed by all who knew her. I love you Mom, you will always be in our hearts.”
Plans for a celebration of her life are currently underway and will be announced at a later date, allowing friends and family to honor her memory together.
