San Antonio to Experience Sunny Skies, Rising Temps All Week
URGENT UPDATE: San Antonio is bracing for a week filled with sunny skies and soaring temperatures, as confirmed by the National Weather Service. Residents can expect highs reaching up to 87 degrees and minimal wind throughout the week, making it an ideal time for outdoor activities.
Today, the mercury is set to hit a pleasant 76 degrees with light north winds shifting to the east-southeast in the afternoon. As night falls, temperatures will comfortably drop to around 52 degrees under clear skies. This warm weather is a welcome shift for many, marking a significant change from recent cooler days.
Moving into Monday, temperatures will rise to approximately 79 degrees, with winds calming before shifting south later in the day. Tuesday continues this trend, with forecasts predicting more sunshine and a high near 80 degrees, alongside light south winds at around 5 mph. Overnight lows will hover around 59 degrees under mostly clear conditions.
By midweek, temperatures are expected to climb even higher. Wednesday may see a high of 84 degrees, accompanied by a gentle south-southwest breeze between 5 and 10 mph. Thursday promises to be slightly warmer, nearing 85 degrees, with gusts possibly reaching up to 20 mph.
Friday is projected to remain sunny, with highs around 87 degrees and clear skies overnight, leading to lows near 63 degrees. The weekend outlook looks equally promising, maintaining the trend of sunny weather and temperatures near 87 degrees on Saturday.
