Red Bluff High School’s Elli Nolan Named Rotary Student of the Month
Red Bluff High School junior Elli Nolan has been recognized as the Red Bluff Rotary Student of the Month for her exemplary academic performance and positive contributions to her school community. The Rotary Club announced her selection, highlighting her potential and dedication to her future career in the medical field, particularly focusing on pediatric care.
Nolan’s diverse interests include softball, baking, and community involvement. Her teachers commend her for not only being a diligent student but also for her supportive nature towards her peers. Dan Penner, a teacher at Red Bluff High School, remarked, “Elli is bright and energetic in class. She is consistently prepared and eager to learn. I appreciate how she always helps those around her and is a real asset to me and her peers.”
In addition to Penner, Dave Michael, a science teacher at the school, praised Nolan’s contributions to the classroom. “Elli is a true pleasure to have in class. As a student, she goes above and beyond expectations, both with her insights and thoroughness. She is always outgoing, bringing a smile and energy that never fails to make the period and day better,” he stated.
Her organizational skills and commitment to excellence were also noted by Alisa Pelanconi, another educator at Red Bluff High. “Elli is an extraordinarily organized student who does her very best in all that she tackles. She consistently brings her best self to class and has a great sense of humor, making the class better for both the teacher and the students,” Pelanconi commented.
As part of the recognition, each student of the month is awarded a framed certificate along with a $100 check. This acknowledgment not only celebrates Nolan’s achievements but also encourages her continued dedication to her studies and community involvement.
The Red Bluff Rotary Club continues to play an important role in supporting local students and fostering a spirit of achievement and service within the community.
