Tosca Theresa Pardini, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, surrounded by her family. Her final moments were marked by the soothing sounds of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon,” as a ray of sunshine illuminated her face, offering a poignant farewell.
Born on May 7, 1931, in San Francisco, Tosca carried the spirit of the city throughout her life. She later settled in Ross, California, where she nurtured a home filled with love, tradition, and the warmth of family. She married the love of her life, Sergio Pardini, on February 17, 1952, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in North Beach. Their marriage lasted for sixty-one years, characterized by a deep devotion to one another.
Tosca was known for her graciousness, elegance, and quiet strength. She cultivated an inviting home where everyone felt welcome. Proud of her Italian heritage, she passed down cherished traditions that resonated with her family. Her kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
Traveling the world with Sergio, Tosca found joy in dancing and had a distinctive flair for style. She delighted in dressing elegantly, enhancing the beauty of her surroundings. Renowned for her culinary skills, she was particularly famous for her lasagna and unforgettable lobster thermidor. Additionally, her natural talent for interior design allowed her to create comfort and beauty in every space she inhabited.
Tosca’s legacy is carried on by her three children: Mario Pardini and his wife Theresa, Paul Pardini and his wife Laurie, and Laura Ferjanec and her husband Shawn. As a grandmother, she cherished her connections with her grandchildren: Jenna Bottom and her husband Jeff, Daniel Pardini and his wife Carlie, Kimberly Horan and her husband Mike, Lauren Baldwin and her husband Nick, and Courtney Pardini. She also took immense joy in her great-grandchildren: Kennedy and London Bottom, Elle, Liam, and Jaxson Pardini, as well as Noah and Quinn Horan, and Shelby and Barrett Baldwin.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on November 22, 2025, at the Valley Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, located at 650 Bugeia Lane, Novato. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
Tosca leaves behind a family that adored her, committed to keeping her memory alive in their hearts. Though she is no longer physically present, her spirit will continue to guide and comfort those she loved deeply. May her memory be a blessing, and may she rest in eternal peace.
