Transcosmos has officially launched Find Tamagotchi on Roblox, marking a significant expansion of the popular Bandai franchise. The game was released on November 6, 2025, just prior to the debut of Bandai’s latest Tamagotchi series, Tamagotchi Paradise – Jade Forest, which is scheduled for November 22, 2025. This development is part of a broader strategy by transcosmos to enhance engagement with the Tamagotchi brand through innovative digital experiences.

Find Tamagotchi introduces players to an interactive learning environment where they can discover Tamagotchi characters while engaging in gameplay. This new title aims to attract a wider audience by providing educational elements that emphasize character awareness. Developed in collaboration with the Roblox studio Roblabo, Find Tamagotchi is part of transcosmos’s ongoing efforts to create diverse touchpoints for users across the global gaming landscape.

Expanding Tamagotchi’s Reach

The release of Find Tamagotchi follows the successful launch of the updated Tamagotchi Party, which was first introduced in May 2025. This latest iteration of Tamagotchi Party includes enhanced features such as My House, allowing players to interact in a more immersive manner. The project has already attracted over 23 million visits worldwide, showcasing the growing popularity of Tamagotchi within the Roblox community, which boasts over 150 million daily active users as of November 2025.

According to Jin Mitsuda, Department Manager of the Metaverse Promotion Department at transcosmos, the company is committed to increasing the opportunities for users to connect with Tamagotchi characters across various game genres. “While we are proud of achieving 23 million visits worldwide, we recognize that we still have much to accomplish. Expanding our touchpoints is essential for engaging a diverse user base,” Mitsuda stated.

The updated Tamagotchi Party, with its multiplayer elements and enhanced interaction, demonstrates transcosmos’s dedication to evolving the franchise. The collaboration with the development partner h.a.n.d. Inc. has introduced new mechanisms that allow for a more realistic experience in the Tamagotchi World.

Future Plans and Collaborations

Transcosmos is also exploring additional collaborations and projects within the Roblox platform. The company has already launched several successful initiatives, including the Tokyo Claw Machine Collaboration and FIND THE HALLOWEEN SHIBUYA. These projects emphasize community engagement and social awareness, further broadening the appeal of the Tamagotchi brand.

In comments regarding the launch, Chisato Aoyagi, Assistant Manager of the Toys Department at Bandai, expressed enthusiasm for the potential of Find Tamagotchi. “This title allows users to learn while finding Tamagotchi characters, bridging the gap between the real and digital worlds just before the release of new game capsules,” Aoyagi said.

Looking ahead, transcosmos plans to continue developing multiple titles on Roblox, enhancing the user experience by combining learning with play. The goal is to maintain Tamagotchi’s relevance and appeal for future generations, ensuring its status as a beloved intellectual property.
