transcosmos Achieves Good Giving Mark Certification for NPO Support
transcosmos has officially registered under the Good Giving Mark Certification System, a program aimed at enhancing the reliability of support for non-profit organizations (NPOs). This announcement, made on November 27, 2025, marks a significant step towards ensuring that companies and individuals can confidently donate to and collaborate with trustworthy organizations.
The Good Giving Mark, administered by the Japan Center for NPO Evaluation (JCNE), acts as a third-party review and certification system. Its purpose is to verify the effectiveness of governance and fund management within NPOs. The certification process includes comprehensive evaluations that assess various aspects, such as organizational existence, compliance, fund management, and transparency in information disclosure. Those organizations that successfully meet these criteria will be awarded the Good Giving Mark, serving as a testament to their reliability.
As part of its commitment to creating corporate shared value (CSV) and advancing sustainability, transcosmos intends to enhance its partnerships with reputable NPOs. The company aims to address pressing social challenges through both financial contributions and collaborative efforts. By utilizing the Good Giving Mark system proactively, transcosmos will focus on promoting transparency and reliability in its social initiatives.
Objectives of the Good Giving Mark System
Launched in April 2025, the Good Giving Mark system provides assurance to individuals and corporations when they choose to support non-profit organizations. The goal is to foster an environment where donations and collaborations are made with confidence, thereby enhancing the overall trust in the NPO sector. The JCNE, as an independent certification body, plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of this system.
In line with its sustainability initiatives, transcosmos established the SDGs Committee in 2021. This committee, led by the Representative Director & Chairman, was created to implement strategies addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns. The primary aim is to establish a sustainable society while enhancing the well-being of communities.
Commitment to Social Impact
transcosmos has outlined a fundamental sustainability policy that emphasizes its commitment to solving social challenges. The company is dedicated to maximizing its social impact and becoming a Sustainable Transformation (SX) Partner for communities globally. By focusing on meaningful business activities, transcosmos seeks to contribute positively to society.
