UPDATE: A man has been arrested for allegedly killing his father during a violent altercation in Northeast Fresno late Thursday night. Fresno Police responded to a disturbance at a home located on North Barton Avenue near Cedar and Nees Avenues.

According to police reports, 69-year-old Perry Michael Huffman called authorities to report a fight with his father, 90-year-old Perry Leon Huffman. Upon arrival, officers discovered the elder Huffman unresponsive on the floor, suffering from severe trauma. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
