– Noah Hill, 7 years old, weighing 60 pounds, 4 feet tall with brown eyes and black hair, wearing a green hoodie, black pants, and blue shoes.
– Nolan Hill, 7 years old, weighing 54 pounds, 4 feet tall with brown eyes and black hair, wearing a black t-shirt and jeans.
– Nova Hill, 7 years old, weighing 64 pounds, 4 feet tall with brown eyes and black hair, wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.

Authorities report that Bell is not the children’s father and allegedly took a silver 2010 Acura MDX that does not belong to him. The vehicle bears an Illinois license plate FE 60619.
