Boyertown’s Festival of Trees Needs Sponsors by Nov. 5!
UPDATE: The Boyertown Area Multi-Service urgently seeks sponsors for its highly anticipated 19th Annual Festival of Trees, inviting the community to join in a festive celebration that supports local families in need. Sponsors must reserve their trees by November 5 to participate in this beloved holiday tradition.
The Festival of Trees will transform the Multi-Service building into a stunning winter wonderland on Friday, December 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. This community event not only spreads holiday cheer but also brings together local businesses, organizations, and community groups, all uniting in the spirit of giving.
Each participating sponsor will decorate a lit Christmas tree, reflecting a unique theme chosen by their team. From classic holiday elegance to whimsical designs, every tree will tell its own story, adding magic to the festival display. Sponsoring a tree is not just a generous act; it fosters teamwork and camaraderie among participants as they brainstorm themes, purchase decorations, and create their festive masterpieces.
Many previous sponsors have found that this collaborative experience strengthens workplace relationships and ignites friendly competition to see whose tree shines the brightest. The joy of decorating becomes a memorable highlight of the holiday season, making the Festival of Trees a cherished event in Boyertown.
More importantly, proceeds from tree sponsorships directly support critical programs of the Boyertown Area Multi-Service, including Preston’s Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, and essential services for local families facing hardships. This year, sponsorship levels are as follows: $5,000 for a 10-foot tree, $2,500 for a 9-foot tree, $1,000 for an 8-foot tree, $400 for a 7-foot tree, and $300 for a 6-foot tree. Each tree is pre-lit, ready for sponsors to unleash their creativity.
To become a sponsor and make a difference this holiday season, visit https://www.boyertownareamulti-service.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Tree-Sponsor-Application.pdf and reserve your spot before the November 5 deadline.
Don’t miss out on this chance to infuse the holiday season with joy and support your community. Act now, and be a part of Boyertown’s cherished tradition!
