Unofficial election results from **Oneida County** for 2025 have been released, indicating significant victories across various legislative districts. The results reflect a mix of party affiliations, with some incumbents maintaining strong support while others faced challenges.

District Legislative Results

In District 1, **Keith Schiebel** of the Republican Party secured a remarkable **98.28%** of the vote, totaling **1,028** ballots cast in his favor. This overwhelming support underscores his strong position within the community.

In District 7, the contest was more competitive. **Richard J. Duesler Jr.**, representing both the Democratic and Working Families parties, garnered **38.01%** with **723** votes. His opponent, **Stewart Rood** from the Republican and Conservative parties, achieved a commanding **61.78%** with **1,175** votes, indicating a solid preference among voters for Rood.

District 12 saw **Kenneth White**, also a Republican and Conservative candidate, claiming **55.80%** of the votes, which translates to **721** votes. His rival, **Stephen Hampe** from the Democratic and Working Families parties, received **44.04%** or **569** votes, reflecting a competitive but ultimately unsuccessful bid.

City Council and Town Council Results

The City Council races in **Rome** exhibited a blend of strong Republican performances. In District 1, **John M. Sparace** won with **97.14%**, while in District 2, **John B. Mortise** followed closely with **96.52%**.

In District 3, a tighter race unfolded between **Sheri LaGreco-Bryant**, representing the Democratic and Working Families parties, who received **46.78%** of the vote, and **Linda J. Fazio**, the Republican candidate, who won with **53.22%**, totaling **215** votes.

District 4’s results revealed a narrow margin. **Ramona L. Smith**, a Democrat, achieved **51.12%** with **251** votes, while **Richard A. Andrews**, a Republican, received **48.68%** for a total of **239** votes.

In District 5, **Michael D. Brown**, a Democratic candidate, received **40.52%** of the vote, while **John Reilly**, a Republican, won with **52.03%**, accumulating **398** votes.

District 6 saw **Riccardo D. Dursi Jr.**, a Republican, achieving **98.83%** of the votes, amounting to **590** votes. In District 7, **David E. Sbaraglia**, also a Republican, captured **98.50%** of the vote with **527** votes.

In the **Vernon Town Council**, voters chose two councilpersons. **Stephen Adamkowski** and **John Peters**, both Republicans, received **50.00%** and **48.67%** of the votes, respectively, totaling **787** and **766** votes.

The **Vernon Town Assessor** position was overwhelmingly secured by **Duane Munger**, who received **99.31%** of the vote with **869** ballots.

In **Verona**, **Scott Musacchio**, representing the Republican and Conservative parties, won the Supervisor position with **98.06%** of the vote, while **Amy Kotwica** claimed **98.73%** in the role of Town Clerk and Tax Collector.
