Smash Burger Favorite ‘With Love, Always’ Moves to Red Rock Resort
BREAKING: The beloved smash burger shop, With Love, Always, is making a major move from its Centennial Hills location to Red Rock Resort. This exciting transition will see the popular eatery opening a quick-service outpost in the revamped food court of the off-Strip casino, expected to debut in spring 2026.
This development comes as part of a broader push by off-Strip properties to enhance their offerings and attract local diners. Scott Nelson, vice president and general manager of Red Rock, stated, “We’re proud to introduce their concept to Red Rock as we continue enhancing the food court with beloved neighborhood favorites.” The announcement has sparked anticipation among burger lovers eager to experience the double-patty smash burgers and other menu staples.
Originally a hit as a parking-lot pop-up, With Love, Always has quickly evolved into a local favorite, known for its delicious offerings, including beef-tallow fries and dipped soft-serve. The founders, Drew Belcher, Kevin Whelan, and Damian Ocampo, describe their concept as “our love letter to Las Vegas,” with plans for future expansion, including a second location at The Bend in the southwest valley.
At the new Red Rock location, guests can expect a streamlined menu featuring double smash burgers crafted from thin, griddled Angus patties, topped with American cheese, onions, and the restaurant’s signature Love sauce served on soft potato rolls. Food enthusiasts are particularly excited about the burgers’ “crisp lacy edges” and the quick-service setup designed for those wanting to grab a meal and return to the gaming floor.
The food court refresh at Red Rock Resort doesn’t stop with With Love, Always. Other well-known eateries will join the lineup, including Good Pie, set to open in spring 2026, and Randy’s Donuts, which will take over for Federal Donuts & Chicken in early 2026. This strategic shift aims to provide a more locals-focused mix of quick-service favorites.
For regulars from the Centennial Hills location, the new Red Rock dining experience will maintain the familiar counter-service vibe, ensuring fast turnaround and limited seating. Online reviews have consistently praised the original shop for its quality and service, with customers often braving long lines for a taste of their acclaimed burgers.
As the opening date approaches, locals are eagerly awaiting official announcements regarding the exact launch timeline. With expansion plans underway, With Love, Always shows no signs of slowing down, promising to deliver more culinary delights to burger fans throughout the Las Vegas valley. Keep an eye on both the resort and the burger shop for updates as spring 2026 draws near.
Stay tuned for more details on this developing story, as With Love, Always continues to make headlines in the Las Vegas dining scene!
